Kevin Atwater Brooklyn Concert reviews
Great Performance but Poor Experience
"The employees at SoFi Stadium could not correctly guide us to the appropriate elevator to take my handicapped father to the correct floor. We were directed back and forth trying to figure out how to get to our seats, as certain elevators only have access to certain floors while others have access to all. We gave up looking for the elevator and decided to utilize the ramp. When we finally arrived at our seats, we learned that a party had been accommodated in one of the seats I purchased. Typically I wouldn’t mind this, however, it would have been nice for the Customer Service Manager to wait to ask us if this was okay. Instead, I had to make an extra trip to customer service to find this out and was greeted with attitude by the manager. She claimed she’s “too tired to keep walking back and forth” so she sent one of her employees to assist me. We walked back to my section only for her to move all the chairs down a bit to fit an extra chair for me. I was not going to ruin my father's experience as this is his favorite band by causing a scene. During the concert, there were A LOT of people gathering behind us instead of staying in their seats (some literally stood behind us the ENTIRE concert) and not one employee did anything about this. These people were whistling, screaming, etc. behind us and although I understand that this is the concert experience, we were in a section where no one should be standing directly behind us. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because this experience has been by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had, as they did absolutely nothing to assist us from the moment we walked through security. Kevin Atwater was AMAZING! If I could rate the performance, it would be 5 stars and the experience would be 1 star."
